The Central Box Office at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre is open Monday – Saturday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm.

HOW CAN I GET THE BEST SEATS?

For the best seats, buy tickets from our official ticketing representatives to avoid overpriced or counterfeit tickets. Check for Premium tickets online at our Tickets Page. You can also buy tickets in person at the Central Box Office at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre. The box office is open Monday – Saturday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm.

Group Rate (10+)
Band A and B seats reduced to £50, valid for Monday - Thursday performances.

Education Rate (10+)
Off peak performances £29.50 available on Band C.
Peak performances £40 available on Band B and C.
Valid for Monday to Thursday evenings and Thursday matinees.

All group and education rates and prices are strictly subject to availability and exclusions.

School rate tickets are not valid for University bookings.

Prices include Restoration Levy where applicable and booking fees may apply.

Group and School rates are not valid on Premium seating. Rates and prices may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

By Train or Tube: The nearest train station is Charing Cross, and the nearest tube station is Leicester Square.

By Bus: The nearest bus stops are serviced by numbers 24, 29, 176.

By Car: If you are driving, you can take advantage of the Q-Park Theatreland parking scheme with 50% off car parking after midday for up to 4 hours. There is also parking available at MasterPark at Cambridge Circus (150m) and NCP at Bedfordbury and Upper St Martin's Lane.

WHAT IS THE POLICY ON GUIDE DOGS & SERVICE ANIMALS?

Assistance dogs are allowed in the auditorium for all our theatres. Alternatively, our staff are happy to dog sit during your performance. To read more about the Wyndham's Theatre accessibility, click here.

IS THE THEATRE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Wheelchair access is available into the centre aisle of Stalls Row M via a wheelchair lift. The theatre can accommodate standard size electric wheelchairs, and the lift can accommodate up to 500kg in weight. The lift is 46 x 31 inches. We set aside seating for wheelchair users so please get in touch before booking. DO YOU HAVE A LOST & FOUND? 

If you have any enquiries regarding lost property at Wyndham's Theatre please email Customer Services. Lost property will be kept at the theatre for one month.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE SHOW?

There is no dress code at the theatre. For all performances, attire should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion.
